Crackers

1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup buttermilk
2 tsp honey

Preheat oven to 400*

Grind oats in food processor
Blend oats, flour, baking soda and salt
Cut in butter using fingers til pieces are the size of peas
Stir in honey and buttermilk, dough will be stiff
On floured board roll dough 1/8 inch cut into shapes and place on sheet 1 inch apart
Bake 5-7 minutes til edges are lightly brown
Remove rrom sheets and let cool.
