Crepes

4 eggs lightly beaten
1 1/3 cup milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Combine all ingredients let stand 15-30 minutes
Pour into small round buttered skillet
Let rise and dry turn and cook til firm

Serve with confectioner's sugar fresh fruit or preserves
